    I requested for portfolio and they asked me to wait for 1 week. I was told I will be getting call from someone once it is done. I never got call back I went and checked twice still it wasn't done. 2 weeks later they said they cant give me my portfolio I went to some other branch I was given printouts of whatever I requested immediately.

    My home branch will cash my monthly cheque no questions asked and no hold but this one is closer now that I moved. They will not cash my government cheque without placing a hold on it. It's a government cheque and my rent is due the day I receive it. They won't do anything to solve this problem for me iv tried a few times now.
