  I've never had the same doctor twice that I can recall, but they've all been pleasant and helpful.

  Dr. Showed up late to work at least 45 minutes today. DR. spent less than 1 minute with each patient today... and I am not exaggerating. Now I'll have to go to another clinic tomorrow for a proper and thorough exam. He even asked the receptionist at 1:30 pm (an hour or so into his arrival) ... "what time will we be done today" and "how are we doing out there"(waiting room).. "Are we going to be here until 8 pm?"... He did not seem like he wanted to be there at all. He should remember he is here to help people and actually care; not to quickly get people in and out the door.

  First time coming to this walk-in and I won't be back, I don't mind driving an extra 10 minutes to avoid this office. The receptionist, Gwen, was very rude and unapproachable. I walked into an empty waiting room and a sign that the receptionist would return shortly. I then waited 20 minutes for a receptionist to return as the waiting room filled up. Somehow I was then 6th in line to see a doctor, as she didn't ask who was there first and patients began lining up in front of her. I asked her how she was today and she said good while staring at me blankly. No people skills whatsoever. In my opinion, a receptionist is the first impression of an establishment. Therefore they should be prompt, friendly, and pleasant - not bitter and rude.

  5/5 for sure. I still come here in a pinch when I've forgotten to get an Rx refilled at my family docs (or other similarly small issues).

  The doctors can barely speak and understand English. We needed our son referred to a urinary specialist and he couldn’t understand what we were even saying and gave us prescription for antibiotics when the test was negative for uti. We are just going to another clinic and never going back here again. Not the first time there has been serious language barriers for simple conversations even when I have a regular cold and just need a note for work.

  Don't let negative reviews fool you - try it yourself before passing on a great clinic with friendly staff (Cayla at the front desk is one of the best medical admin staffers I've dealt with).

  Attempted to go this morning, unfortunately had forgotten my health card, in the past they've let me go in regardless as I have been there before and they have my health card number on file. Today the receptionist who was working was one of the rudest people I have ever met and turned me away coldly and without any sort of empathy what so ever. Will never return to this location as long as this young girl is working at the desk. She definitely needs to learn some compassion and people skills.

  I love this walk-in clinic. I wait no longer than I would for my family physician and this place was a godsend when we lost our previous family doctor left the province. We were without for 7 months and relied on this walk-in exclusively.

  The wait times are also quite reasonable on most days. I'm sure that immediately after school or work it can be busy, but what else would you expect?

  I'm not sure what the other reviewers are saying about this place, but I'll preface my review with this: when it comes to doctors, I've noticed the happy people are the silent majority. Those who are unhappy are the most vocal.
